REJUVENATING RT. 18 IN EAST BRUNSWICK
February 4, 2020. EAST BRUNSWICK - The announcement of a $500 million mixed-use, transit-oriented development along the Route 18 corridor was made by East Brunswick Mayor Brad Cohen, the East Brunswick Town Council and the East Brunswick Township Redevelopment Agency along with River Development Equities.
The now obsolete Plaza will be rejuvenated with a sustainable, energy efficient live-work-play community. A thriving interactive park system will form the core of the development which will host a transportation hub, municipal complex, a tech center, a hotel, a medical office building and approx. 800 apartments with ground floor retail & restaurants. Bike paths, water features, plazas, greenways and an amphitheater will permeate through the new vibrant mix-use community.

MANALAPAN CROSSING
Feb 6, 2019. MANALAPAN - Cardinale Enterprises receives Planning Board approval for “Manalapan Crossing”. The 120-acre mixed-use development located on Route 33 and Milhurst Road was granted preliminary site plan approval by the Manalapan Planning Board. Manalapan Crossing includes 200,000 sq. ft. of medical research, retail, restaurant, office space and special needs housing (Studio 200 Architecture). Also proposed on site are 280 luxury age-restricted single-family residential homes (K.Hovnanian). Residents and visitors can enjoy a selection of proposed site amenities.

July 3, 2018. JACKSON – A local developer is breaking ground on a 150-acre project adjacent to Six Flags Great Adventure that will include a sports and entertainment complex and two hotels.
According to Cardinale Enterprises "The sports & entertainment venues will host national tournaments, local teams and everything in between. On site dining and lodging will help to turn Six Flags into a real destination, rather than just a ‘day park’ with all of our added attractions."
